While we operate in a manner similar to traditional brokers, energy brokerage is only one facet of our comprehensive service offering. Many of our clients have relied on us as a consultative extension of their business for over 15 years.
What Is a Letter of Authority (LOA)?
An LOA is a document that authorises us to represent you when negotiating with energy suppliers. This enables us to gather vital data, secure competitive prices, and ensure the best contract terms tailored to your needs. Please note that the LOA does not permit us to initiate or amend any contracts without your prior consent, nor does it establish a contractual relationship between you and Refresh Now.
How Do We Charge for Our Services?
Our initial costing exercise is provided free of charge. We review your existing contracts and identify savings opportunities. Refresh Now is only compensated via a commission from the energy supplier once your business is successfully placed.
